Trial API Access Terms

Thank you for your interest in Plica Forensic. By using a trial API key you confirm the following:

1. Purpose of access. This key is provided solely for evaluation and testing of the API. Analysis results are a technical, indicative output — not a certified expert opinion — and must not be used as the sole basis for legal, financial, or other decisions affecting third parties.
2. Responsibility for uploaded data. You confirm that either (a) you own the rights to any files you upload through the API, or (b) you have a lawful basis and the consent of individuals whose personal data may appear in uploaded files, for processing those files for testing purposes. Uploading third-party documents (passports, IDs, financial documents, etc.) without the explicit consent of those individuals is prohibited.
3. Preference for test data. Where possible, use synthetic, test, or your own non-sensitive documents instead of real personal data of third parties.
4. Duration and volume.
   • The key is valid for 30 days from issuance (unless your issue email states otherwise), then is deactivated.
   • Quota: 20 requests over the validity period (unless stated otherwise).
   • Rate limit: 20 requests per minute.
5. Data retention. Uploaded files and generated reports are retained for a limited period after analysis, then deleted. Exact retention is confirmed in your key email and Privacy Notice. You may request earlier deletion at any time by replying to your trial email or contacting ruslanm@plicaforensic.com.
6. Confidentiality and no reuse. Results and any artefacts obtained through trial access are for your internal evaluation. Public use (demos, marketing, publications) requires separate written approval.
7. No warranties at this stage. Trial access is provided “as is,” without warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Production use requires a separate agreement.
